Non-standard situations, discomfort and perfect body control in the water. Training is designed to induce stress and tension, which the participant has to cope with.
Training takes place 2 times a week.
It is disastrous to be steel on water. To survive, you have to be like a film on water and adapt to all the vibrations.
Each of us has accumulated over the years a wide range of experiences in military service and life. Our aim is to pass on these experiences to anyone who wants to understand the inner workings, develop courage and handle critical situations.
